Benchmark Training for the Summer and Fall is free to all. A more casual atmosphere and three social yet tough runs per week.
Coach Jay Christensen is leading the groups that meet on Monday/Thursday/Saturday.
Times and Locations
Monday 6pm Shoreline Park, flat recovery runs, social and short, 3-4 miles.
Thursday 6pm Camels Back Park, Trail Runs, Hill Workouts, 4-8 miles
Saturday 8am Double Tree Club Hotel, Long greenbelt shady runs.
Bring your own water or sports drink to hydrate during the run.
